Plumbing Technician - Plumber (Residential & Commercial

Panther Plumbing is hiring a full-time Residential Plumber - Commercial Service Tech to join our fast-paced team in Lithia Springs, GA
. This position commutes throughout metro Atlanta to complete commercial and residential repairs and maintenance, write up quotes, emails, and follow up with clients by phone.

Compensation: Commission-based annual salary range of $100,000 - $200,000, paid weekly. Typical work schedule Monday through Friday with limited on-call and top commission pay.

• At least 3 years of experience servicing and repairing plumbing equipment
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to use the invoicing software on a company‑provided cell phone
• Licensed journeyman plumber (bonus)
• Adaptable team player with good communication skills, fast‑paced work ability, time and task management, pride in work, and professional presentation
