Service Technician – Lead Commercial Electrical Troubleshooting and Controls Solutions

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures in wiring, circuits, and panels using advanced diagnostic tools.

Execute high-quality repairs and replacements of circuit breakers, transformers, and specialized commercial equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure client systems exceed safety standards and National Electrical Code requirements.

Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to implement precise electrical upgrades and modifications.

Manage onsite parts inventory and document labor hours to maintain project transparency and efficiency.

Mentor junior apprentices during field installations to uphold the company's standards of excellence.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining technical solutions and recommending long-term system improvements.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical service, maintenance, or commercial troubleshooting.

Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting the NEC, and executing lockout/tagout safety protocols.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage service calls with minimal oversight.

Strong communication skills necessary for professional client interaction and accurate field reporting.

Physical capability to navigate confined spaces, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or technical certification program.

Specialized experience with generators, or EV charging infrastructure.

Advanced knowledge of general commercial applications and automated system layouts.

Experience in Lighting Controls and Low Voltage Systems
