Position Summary
Outpatient Services Director – Summit Ridge Hospital – a facility in Lawrenceville, about 25 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, including partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction for all outpatient behavioral health services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for outpatient services.
- Establish and maintain community partnerships to promote service growth and integration.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and data‑driven program evaluations.
- Facilitate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.

- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years post‑licensure experience working with psychiatric populations.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills to address crisis situations, family, group, and individual therapy.
