National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a Case Manager for La Jornada to coordinate assessments, intake interviews, and reunification services for youth in care. You will work with sponsors, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, compliance, and timely case processing.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a social service field, a Level II background check, CPI and CPR certifications, and fluent English/Spanish.
