Role and Responsibilities- Manages staff through coordinating and planning.
- Evaluates the level of risk to clients and takes appropriate action to ensure safety.
- Monitors and organizes work to ensure quality and adherence.
- Reviews, approves/disapproves and/or renders decisions.
- Maintains and shares knowledge.
- Ensures accurate, timely records and reports.
- Ability to work effectively with personnel at multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while effectively and accurately managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop and make presentations on behalf of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, DAS Data Systems, etc.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND three (3) years case management experience; OR Two (2) years of experience at lower level Adult Protective Services Case Manager 3 (SSP

- At least 2 years experience in Adult Protective Services.
- Experience working with a specific issue facing client populations such as family violence, crisis intervention, substance abuse, services to the elderly or disabled.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services program.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle for required work-related activities.
