We are seeking a reliable and motivated Employee Linehaul Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will operate a 26' box truck to transport goods to various locations efficiently and safely. This role involves ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the vehicle, and providing excellent customer service.

• Operate a 26' box truck to deliver products to customers and businesses.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload merchandise in accordance with safety protocols.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel usage.
• Maintain accurate logs and records to ensure proper documentation and compliance with all Rules and Regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
• Ensure timely deliveries by managing time effectively and adhering to a schedule.
• Follow company policies regarding safety, vehicle operation, and delivery protocols.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth operations and address any delivery issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in supply chain management or business administration is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent driving record with a clean background check.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver, especially with box trucks, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 70 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with delivery and loading.
• Familiarity with GPS and delivery tracking systems is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and a valid forklift certification is preferred (training may be provided).
• Ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed.
• Self‑motivated and highly organized and able to follow specific and dynamic directions.
• Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and decipher labels and numbers.
• Must be friendly and courteous with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to multi‑task, work in a fast‑pace, business environment.
• Must dress and act professionally.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) regularly.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Capacity to operate a 26' box truck safely.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• May be required to work in various weather conditions while loading and unloading deliveries.
