DTS is building an elite FLEX Fleet made up of experienced, dependable professional CDL-A truck drivers who can step in when our operations need our best of the best. This isn't a traditional fill-in driver position. As a FLEX Fleet Driver, you'll be part of a select group trusted to support new account start-ups, peak seasons, unexpected volume increases, and high-priority operational needs across the DTS network.

When you're not on a FLEX assignment, you'll be domiciled at a dedicated DTS account and work as part of that operation. When the call comes, you'll deploy to another DTS location where your experience can make an immediate impact. You get the stability of a dedicated account with the earning potential and variety of an elite FLEX position.
