Inside Sales Professional MMI

The purpose of the Inside Sales Professional (ISP)-MMI is to identify and serve the needs of the customers at Mingledorff’s Managed Inventory(“MMI”) locations. This position will assist the MMI customers in obtaining products and product information while providing excellent customer service and filling the many needs of MMI customers.

• Process MMI customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phone, fax and E-Commerce to include Company transfers and delivery request
• Locate parts, equipment and supplies for our MMI customers from various sources.
• Support long term business relationships with the MMI customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance
• Assist in warehouse duties, which include pulling MMI customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades and services to our MMI customers
• Process Cycle Counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of physical inventory
• Participate in after-hours On Call and Training classes
• Work overtime as assigned
• Work cooperatively with others
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance
