Credit Administration Specialist I – Liberty National Bank Corporate – Lawton, OK 73501.

Experienced-Level (minimum six months of similar duties in a loan specific environment).
The Credit Administration Specialist I is responsible for clerical duties within the Credit Administration department, including processing incoming mail, documenting and imaging loan files, preparing expense checks, and working with the Bank’s core and workflow systems. The role supports bank personnel and customers by maintaining accurate loan documentation and meeting compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Daily processing of incoming/outgoing mail for the department.
- Document imaging, filing, and maintenance of the Bank’s imaging system and hard‑copy filing system.
- Writing expense checks for the department.
- Use bank workflow software to process requests and exception clearing.
- Process supply orders for the department.
- Provide quality service to all bank personnel and customers regarding loan file administration.
- Maintain professionalism: adhere to dress code, attendance, and readiness according to schedule.
- Complete all BVS and other compliance courses within the assigned time frame.
- Comply with all company policies, applicable laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
- Other duties as assigned that may not be listed in this list.
Minimum six-month experience in similar clerical duties, preferably in a loan environment within a financial institution.
High school degree or equivalent required.
Excellent courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.
High detail‑oriented mindset with ability to adapt to continuous change and updates.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
ADA Requirements- Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; able to climb/descend stairs in emergency situations.
- Operate routine office equipment: telephone, copier, facsimile, calculator.
- Work on a computer average 6–8 hours per day, with possible extended hours as required.
- Maintains reliable and timely attendance.
- Work both indoors in climate‑controlled environment and outdoors occasionally in inclement weather.
- Execute job functions independently or with limited supervision; read and follow written and oral instructions.
- Speak clearly and deliver information logically; perform basic mathematical calculations with extreme accuracy.
- Provide calm and professional customer service to diverse cultures and personalities; maintain discretion on confidential matters.
- Handle multiple, simultaneous, changing priorities with composure under deadlines and quality expectations.
- Exercise highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
