Quick Lane Lube Tech

Position: QUICK LANE LUBE TECH
Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including:

Oil and filter changes

Tire rotations and tire pressure checks

Battery testing and replacement

Fluid inspections and top-offs Multi-point vehicle inspections

Conduct basic safety and maintenance checks on vehicles

Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency

Properly document inspection results and recommended services

Communicate findings clearly with service advisors

Ensure all work is completed according to dealership/manufacturer standards

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods

Lift up to 50 lbsWork in varying environmental conditions (shop setting)
