Express Employment Professionals is searching for a hard-working to fill the position of Lube Tech
Location: Lawton, Ok
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on customer vehicles
- Inspect and refill vehicle fluids, including transmission, brake, coolant, and windshield washer fluids
- Replace oil, air, cabin, and fuel filters as needed
- Check tire pressure and perform basic tire maintenance
- Conduct courtesy vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors or management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Properly dispose of used oil, filters, and other materials according to environmental regulations
- Assist with shop maintenance and other duties as assigned
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Clear Background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous automotive, lube technician, or general mechanic experience
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality workmanship
Hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Mon
- Fri and every third Sat from 8:00am-2:00pm
