Hilliary is a Telecommunications Voice and Broadband service provider that is responsible for regulatory mandated filings of 10 regulated Telephone companies and 5 non-regulated Broadband Internet Service companies.
Key Responsibilities Regulatory Coordination & Support Assist in monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements from the FCC, state public utility commissions, and other governing bodies.
Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings, certifications, and reports.
Maintain compliance calendars, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met.
Operational Compliance Support Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into operational workflows.
Support internal and external audits, and regulatory reviews by gathering documentation and coordinating responses.
Help maintain and update internal compliance procedures.
Documentation & Reporting Organize and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, regulatory updates, and internal assessments.
Risk & Quality Assurance Identify potential compliance gaps and escalate issues to compliance leadership.
Assist in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in telecommunications, regulatory compliance, and operations.
Strong understanding of FCC regulations, state telecom rules, and industry standards.
Experience with compliance tracking tools, regulatory portals, or telecom reporting systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical abilities.
Other Qualifications Career oriented individual

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Word/Excel/Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Computer Literacy and possess the ability to learn and navigate various database systems.
Experience working in a paperless environment.
Multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Possess ability to perform tasks involving multiple Hilliary owned telecommunication companies and meet deadlines.
Perform other duties as needed, including abiding by, and adhering to all policies and guidelines of employee handbook.
