• Lead and supervise crews through all phases of swimming pool construction
• Interpret and execute from blueprints, plans, and layout designs
• Coordinate equipment, material deliveries, and daily project schedules
• Ensure projects are built to spec, on‑time, and within budget
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide hands‑on support during excavation, plumbing, steelwork, and finish installation
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and deliver real‑time solutions
• Uphold the Pool Pros standard of craftsmanship and professionalism on every job

• 3+ years of experience in swimming pool construction or a related field (e.g., concrete, landscape construction, general construction)
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and jobsite plans
• Leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coordinating projects
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent time management and communication skills, Spanish speaking a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
