Position Overview

At The Boldt Company, we build more than facilities, we build high-performing teams, trusted partnerships, and careers with purpose. We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a new outpatient healthcare clinic. An impactful project expanding access to primary and specialty care through innovative, efficient construction.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead and coordinate architects, subcontractors, and field teams; drive planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control; and actively manage risk, change orders, and contract alignment.

You’ll operate in a highly collaborative, jobsite-focused environment through daily coordination, production planning, and trade alignment while mentoring project engineers and building a strong, accountable team. This is an opportunity to impact a meaningful healthcare project while leveraging Lean construction, prefabrication, and Boldt’s production systems to deliver exceptional results.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $88,000 - $116,000, (negotiable) annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
