The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support a new outpatient clinic in the Lawton, OK market, an impactful healthcare project designed to expand community access to primary and specialty care through innovative, efficient construction.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on field experience while supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent by managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and field coordination. You’ll play a key role in keeping the project on schedule, organized, and moving efficiently, with a clear path toward Project Management.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $82,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
