Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects encompassing custom unitized systems from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction scheduling software to coordinate timelines across multiple teams
• Manage project budgets through detailed cost management practices, including construction estimating and software utilization
• Oversee contract negotiations, review blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless project communication and execution
• Monitor activities for quality assurance, safety compliance, and progress tracking using tools like Pro Core and Bluebeam
• Manage teams in a construction management role by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow on-site and in the office

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, Pro Core, Bluebeam, Autodesk Forma, and other industry-standard tools
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and project coordination processes
• Proven ability to manage complex building envelope and facade projects with a focus on unitized curtain wall and window wall systems.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site experience
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements and safety protocols
• Effective leadership capabilities in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment
