• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional and courteous demeanor
