Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) is seeking a Housing Coordinator in Tulsa to prepare, execute, and monitor leases and housing assistance contracts for participants across rental programs. You will determine rent portions and conduct annual recertifications under HUD/THA rules.
The role requires an associate degree or related housing experience, a valid Oklahoma driver's license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with overtime/on-call as needed. Customer service is essential.
