Salary Range: $12.50 To $12.50 Hourly

Work Schedule: M-F 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Internet Banking team. The Internet Banking CSR role is responsible for providing assistance to online banking customers in a courteous and professional manner. Additional duties include but are not limited to working reports, performing account maintenance, and resetting user passwords as needed. Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Document all customer contact in CRM Tool.
• Respond to customer secure messages.
• Complete daily reports as assigned both accurately and efficiently
• Meet acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality
• Be open-minded to learning and willing to take on new tasks
• Complete additional duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic
• Working knowledge of Excel preferred
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
