Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Graphic designer will help build CNE’s brand identity and support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.
- Design and produce print and digital projects, including social media assets, websites, invitations, brochures, etc.
- Manage the marketing team workspace in the asset management system, ensuring assets are well-organized and easily searchable.
- Maintain the integrity of the established brand standards and style across all produced assets.
- Oversee print and digital design projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to negotiate to price, ensure quality execution, and timely delivery of final assets from manufacturers (printers, etc.).
- Experience organizing creative assets on digital asset management platforms.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, creative direction with an eye for quality.
- Strong multi-tasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and responsive turnarounds.
- Attends and satisfactorily completes all training as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Graphic Designer regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests and uses a computer and other office equipment. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights, and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The Graphic Designer must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-filled environment.
The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Graphic Designer may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field; and
- One (1) year in a Graphic Designer position; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior working experience in a casino environment is preferred.
- Must be strong in organization and project management.
