Dates of coverage: Starting as soon as credentialed for ongoing coverage.
Details/Requirements:
Clinic days Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm (3-5 days per week will be accepted)
One week on-site, one week telehealth
Practice setting: outpatient
Weekend call is telehealth (optional call)
12-15 patients per day (adults, geriatrics)
50% Hem/50% Onc
OK licensure and IMLC preferred
Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology
