This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the department may draw as sections become open at any point during the academic year. This posting may or may not result in hiring, dependent on our current needs, but we will keep applications on file.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adjuncts holding this position may teach a maximum of 9 credit hours a semester. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Master's degree relevant to the discipline of instruction
* OR, a Master's degree in another discipline, with at least 12 graduate credit hours relevant to the discipline of instruction
* OR, at least 3 years of professional experience in the discipline equivalent to the achievement of academic credentials
* OR, for temporary qualification only, current enrollment in and progress toward a Master's degree relevant to the discipline of instruction, with at least 9 graduate credit hours in the discipline already completed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's Degree in a relevant discipline and significant college teaching experience.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
