Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to serve schools in Lawton, OK. This role involves providing psychological assessment, consultation, and support services to students, staff, and families within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho educational assessments to determine students eligibility for special education services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed
- Assist in the development of behavioral and mental health programs within the school
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports as required by state and district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psycho educational testing and interpretation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations
- Ability to travel to multiple school sites as required
