Loveworks Leadership is a youth leadership organization committed to helping middle school students discover their potential and live into their dreams. The organization focuses on 6th‑8th grade students with programs that emphasize leadership and character development, experiential learning, and community impact. Through mentorship and hands‑on activities, students are guided to make positive life choices, explore career paths, and set a trajectory for personal success.

• Mentor and lead middle school students in both small and large group settings as part of the After school Leadership Program, which runs from August through May.
• Facilitate conversations and activities that foster leadership and character growth.
• Ride buses with students to and from the Loveworks Center at 219 E Gray St, Norman, OK.
• Serve snacks and dinner, check students in, and set up the learning environment.
• Support monthly Leadership and Community Impact events throughout the semester.
• Assist with administrative and campus environment projects during office hours (9 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday) as needed.

One shift available: 3:00 pm–6:15 pm, Monday–Thursday (After school program).
