Alpha School is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to lead high-energy workshops and coaching sessions on life skills for K-8 cohorts, using Alpha's playbook and real-time analytics. You will coach Guides, maintain your own student cohort, and track satisfaction, goals, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement from campus to campus.
This is a full-time contractor role with relocation support and day-one health benefits; compensation is $150,000 per year, paid weekly.
