Special Education Teacher

Location: Mustang, OK

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of each student.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school policies and regulations.
• Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes academic and social‑emotional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid Oklahoma teaching certification in Special Education.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Experience working with students with various disabilities and learning challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
