Field Service Engineer - Wichita, KS

Role:

Field Service Engineer 1 focusing on preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment. Objectives include delivering timely, accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction and support operational efficiency.

• perform preventive maintenance and assist in equipment installation
• troubleshoot and repair basic issues
• communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• maintain service logs, manage parts, and escalated issues as needed
• promote revenue opportunities through account engagement

• associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or military/equivalent experience
• proficient with web and Microsoft applications
• valid driver's license
• physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and performing physical tasks
• willing to work flexible hours, including after-hours and weekends

• biomedical or electrical/mechanical engineering background
• experience with electronic medical equipment
• customer service focus
• experience in diagnostics and repair of healthcare devices
