- Lead teams executing complex project plans for moderate-to-large projects
- Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver projects on time
- Establish core project teams
- Coordinate technical resources under the Project Life Cycle
- Develop reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Present and execute recommendations based on engineering principles and operational efficiency
- Prepare, review, and approve RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions
- Apply economic impact analysis to improve profitability and long-term value
- Anticipate challenges, gather data, evaluate opportunities, and make business-impact decisions
- Design project solutions that improve economic performance throughout the lifecycle
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree required
- E&C Project Manager Senior: minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- E&C Project Manager III: minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
- Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- Experience with control system coordination
- Experience with electrical modeling for data center power infrastructure
- Knowledge of load reliability, redundancy, and grid interaction requirements
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Safety as the utmost priority
- Up to 50% travel to field sites
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
- Preferred: master's degree in business, project management, or engineering management
- Preferred: PMP or PE
- Preferred: project management certification (PMP)
- Preferred:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Demonstrates expertise in project management within the oil and gas sector, focusing on economic performance, technical resource coordination, and effective communication with stakeholders. Proficient in developing project plans, reports, and cost forecasts while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
