CJ Schwan’s in the United States is seeking a Sr. PSM Specialist to own and drive the Process Safety Management program across our ammonia refrigeration environment.
You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, coach leaders, and coordinate all fourteen PSM elements while supporting incident investigations and risk management. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ relevant experience are expected; base salary ranges $75,000–$125,000 with a 10% annual incentive.
