Role: Responsible for oversight of the Real Estate Servicing Department to ensure the integrity of True Sky Credit Union's Real Estate portfolio and loans sold to the secondary market.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Ensure the Real Estate Servicing Department is adequately staffed, and that staff are informed of their expected job duties, trained on the duties completely, and given the appropriate tools to accomplish their tasks in an accurate and timely manner. (25%)
- Monitor State and Federal regulations/requirements as they pertain to servicing of real estate loans as well as True Sky Credit Union's policy and procedures for compliance. (20%)
- Assist staff in answering questions and concerns and provide information as needed to confirm quality service and support is given to all parties in conjunction with real estate loans. (20%)
- Provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members, associates as necessary. (20%)
- Accountable for completion of daily, monthly and yearly reports of mortgage loan data to members and credit union management. (10%)
- Responsible for daily and monthly remittance and other reporting to secondary market investor(s) in accordance with their guidelines. (5%)
- Experience: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
- Education: A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job‑specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
