Position Summary
Manager – FP&A business reporting to Lead Director of Service Ops FP&A, consolidates, reports, and creates management presentations for forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for the Operations Enablement & Provider Services (OEPS) org within Service Ops. The role works closely with leaders across the business and finance to ensure accurate reporting and provide senior leadership with detailed insights.
Responsibilities- Consolidate, report, and create management presentations for forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Work closely with business leaders, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Develop financial models and supporting exhibits in PowerPoint.
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis on both regular and ad hoc frequencies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Ability to develop reporting and consolidate results to business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and proven team player, able to collaborate with managers and peers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to understand complex financial concepts and perform detailed analysis.
- Deep understanding of financial systems such as Hyperion, S4, Oracle, etc.
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Ability to interpret financial results within the context of the larger company strategy.
- Effective use of written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative field required.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
