Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of ultrasound principles and protocols
• Ability to review and interpret ultrasound images to ensure diagnostic quality
• Excellent attention to detail in identifying normal and abnormal findings
• Effective communication skills to relay results clearly to physicians and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of safety standards and infection control procedures
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in OB/GYN ultrasound procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Previous night shift or temporary staffing experience
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Certified Ultrasound Technician (ARDMS or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of prior ultrasound technician experience
• Prior experience in OB/GYN or general diagnostic imaging is highly advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Valid ultrasound imaging license and certification
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Willingness to travel if required for training or certification updates
• Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
