Job Details
• Inpatient hospital setting,
• Day shift position with flexible start times based on unit needs,
• Weekend rotation approximately three times per quarter,
• No on-call requirements,
Job Requirements
• Active Oklahoma OT license required if applicable,
• NBCOT and BLS (AHA) certifications required,
• Minimum 2 years of acute and musculoskeletal OT experience required,
• Will consider new graduates,
Additional Information
• Maximum of five days of requested time off permitted during contract,
• Local candidates will be considered at a reduced rate,
• Submission requires work history, skills checklist current within one year, and two supervisory references from past two years,
