Description:

Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed.
Interpret and record measurements accurately.
Monitor patients' vital signs.
Report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
Respond to patient needs effectively.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and care processes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
