About the Position
Job Description:
Seeking a Med Surg RN to provide total nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, and patient care planning, while collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards. Care is provided to patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of Med Surg experience (required)
Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact license
NIH certification (can obtain before start)
BLS (AHA) certification
Updated résumé and work history
Pertinent skills checklist
Two current supervisory references
