Develop and implement total nursing care for patients.

Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Develop systems to provide care to a diverse population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
