Full‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (Feeding Experience would be a plus) – Richardson, Texas

We are a dynamic pediatric outpatient facility offering specialized speech therapy. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality therapy services to children with speech and language needs.

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and feeding disorders in pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to children and families, including feeding interventions.
• Track progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to evidence‑based practices.

• Valid Texas Teaching Certification with required endorsements.
• Feeding experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Salary: $95,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, AD&D, short‑term disability, cardiac, cancer, critical illness, and hospital coverage.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, weekdays at clinic hours.
