The Behavioral Health Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawton, OK. This team member works directly with children receiving ABA services, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include delivering one-on-one behavioral interventions, collecting accurate data on behaviors and skill acquisition, and supporting goals related to communication, social skills, self-help, and independence.

The Behavioral Health Technician collaborates with clinical staff and families, participates in team meetings and training sessions, and maintains professional documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role requires consistent engagement with clients in clinic and potentially school or community settings, while upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement structured interventions as directed by clinical supervisors.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Experience or coursework in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology, particularly in settings involving autism or other neurodivergent populations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, accurately record data, and use basic technology for documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism when working with children and families.
• Physical ability to engage in active play, assist with daily living skills, and maintain client safety in an on-site clinical environment.
• Willingness to complete required training, obtain or maintain relevant certifications (e.g., RBT), and participate in ongoing professional development.
