You will be instrumental in managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate medical records—all while delivering a positive experience to every patient who walks through our doors

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
  • Maintain and update accurate patient demographic and medical records
  • Coordinate referrals and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence
  • Collect payments and perform medical collections to support the clinic's revenue cycle management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and insurance verification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
