Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Pay Rate: $50,000 – $55,000 annually

Description:

We are seeking a Mission Command & Simulation Systems Operator to support military training exercises at the Mission Simulations Center (MSC) within the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). This role supports simulation-driven leader training events and requires hands-on experience operating WARSIM / JLCCTC environments and Mission Command systems in a tactical setting.

The selected candidate will provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for simulation and mission command platforms used to train officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers. Responsibilities include system operation, integration, technical support, and user guidance during live training events.

• Operate and support tactical simulation systems during military training exercises
• Provide SME support for Mission Command systems integrated with simulations
• Initialize, operate, monitor, and shut down simulation and mission command systems
• Support leader training events at the Mission Simulations Center (MSC)
• Provide technical instruction and guidance to military personnel in a tactical environment
• Assist with system integration and coordination during FCoE exercises
• Troubleshoot system issues and maintain operational readiness during training events
• Perform duties as directed by the Chief of the Mission Simulations Center

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating JLCCTC Version 8.1 / WARSIM in support of military training events
• Minimum 1 year of experience initializing, operating, and shutting down at least one Mission Command system

  • JADOCS
  • AMDWS
  • FAAD
  • ADSI
• Experience with simulation and training support tools such as ExCIS, MetaVR / MUSE, and DXTRS
• Strong understanding of tactical military training environments
• Ability to provide hands-on technical training and end-user support
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Prior military service or direct military training support experience preferred
