Plant Manager

Overview

Pacific International is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the packaging and chemical space, recognized for its commitment to quality, delivery, and innovation in the space. The organization is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations at a key North American facility. The Plant Manager will lead a team to optimize quality, safety, maintenance, and productivity. They will report to the COO and be involved with executive leadership teams across the US and globally.

• Full ownership of plant operations; production, engineering, quality, safety, logistics, maintenance, and support.
• Experience with Film Coating, Extrusion, and finishing processes preferred
• Manage capital projects, new equipment purchasing, and installations
• Continuous Improvement and Lean Mindset - experience with driving OPEX initiatives
• Executive team experience; ability to work with and present to senior-level leaders

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience (7+ years in a Leadership position)
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality, and QMS procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
