Overview
This is a leadership-focused Accounting Manager role overseeing core accounting functions including GL, AP, cash management, fixed assets, and budgeting. You’ll lead and mentor a team of 10–15 accounting professionals and work closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Supervisory or people-lead experience
- Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
- Healthcare accounting experience preferred (flexible if you have exposure)
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
