Interim Senior Vice President of Operations, Crisis and Addiction Recovery Services

Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an Interim Senior Vice President of Operations, Crisis and Addiction Recovery Services in the Midwest. This leader will provide strategic and operational direction across 37 counties, and the with
180 residential clients and the residential program at full capacity, alongside 25 Detox beds with room to grow. This role will be instrumental in evaluating current operations and shaping the organization's next chapter of care delivery and growth.

The SVP will oversee three Executive Directors and report directly to executive leadership.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Services field with extensive administrative and operational management experience, or other Management related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive behavioral health / healthcare leadership experience and Crisis and Addiction.
• Experience managing multi-site operations with large interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational performance expertise.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and governmental rules and regulations pertaining to CCBHC standards, accreditation processes (i.e., CARF, OHCA, ODMHSAS, etc.) mental health and substance use disorder treatment services, and state / federal regulatory frameworks.

• Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $1100 to $1200 per day ($286,000 - $312,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
