Description

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in the quality control process at a major automotive manufacturer? Inno Source is hiring Super Certifiers to help certify and inspect tires before they leave the plant. This is a physically active position that directly impacts product quality and safety.

As a Super Certifier, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where hard work, consistency, and safety come first.

Inspect tires for visible defects and quality issues

Roll inspected tires into trailers for loaders to stack

Identify and report damaged or defective tires according to company standards

Ensure production flow is maintained without sacrificing quality

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Perform physically demanding tasks, including repeated lifting and walking throughout the shift

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality control is preferred

Must be able to work in a high-paced production environment

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $16 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
