Are you dependable, physically strong, and ready to take on a fast-paced role? Inno Source is hiring Tire Sorters to support operations at a major tire manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a physically demanding position that plays a critical role in maintaining production flow and quality standards.

As a Tire Sorter, you'll be part of a safety-focused, team-oriented environment that values accountability, hard work, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize tires based on T.I.C. color-coded codes for size and type
• Inspect green tires for visual defects, overhangs, or embedded foreign materials
• Load tires onto racks or shelves with correct spacing and alignment
• Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth area and assist with general plant housekeeping tasks
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work area at all times
• Use proper time management to meet shift production goals
• Perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting (20–60 lbs) and walking for most of the shift

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and walk/stand for 95% of a 12-hour shift on concrete
• Constant bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching required
• Must be able to memorize and follow a color-coded tire sorting system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
• Must be a reliable, accountable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without direct supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.

Benefits & Pay

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $17 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
