Forklift Operator (Sit-Down Electric)
Lawton, Oklahoma On-Site Forklift Operator starting at $17/hour | Rotating Schedule | Weekly Pay Description
Inno Source is now hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support operations at a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time opportunity in a high-volume production environment, ideal for skilled, safety-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced, industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a midsize electric sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Transport materials (primarily tires) to and from various production lines
- Ensure curing presses remain properly stocked to avoid downtime
- Minimize delays by maintaining consistent productivity and workflow
- Follow all forklift warehouse operating procedures, plant safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the forklift and work area
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge – Forklift Operator (Sit-Down Electric)- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in an industrial setting
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification test
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must be able to work independently in a high-production warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good attendance and punctuality are essential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
Benefits & Pay
- Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- $17 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
