**** Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations.**
* ** Starting Range** - $/hr
* ** Shift Differential** - Rotating Bonus $0.75
* ** Wage progression** - start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate.
* ** General Wage increase.
** This is looked at twice per year but is not guaranteed.

* Description:

** As a Production Associate, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants. ** Requirements to become a successful candidate are:
*** High school diploma or GED.
* Successful completion of a background check & drug test.
* Successful completion of pre-employment assessment.
* Job specific physical work capabilities exercises.
* Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
* Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

* Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant
* Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
* Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
