Position: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) (Nights) Lawton OK
The Circulating Nurse will be an RN. The Circulating Nurse is responsible for planning and organizing the care of the patient in the OR setting and acts as the Patient Advocate. The duties of the Circulating Nurse include, but are not limited to, the functions identified below. To provide guidance concerning the routine duties of the circulating nurse.
Requirement description :

• At least 2 years of experience
  - Required
• Circulating experience - Required
• Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
• Recent traveler experience - highly preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, PALS, ACLS - AHA Preferred)
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NIH
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Oklahoma

Weekend Requirements : 1-2 Weekend Days Per Schedule
On Call Requirements : 4-5 calls/6 weeks
