Overview

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. Start date 05/18/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,255–$2,290 with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with no on-call requirements. The role is within an acute care setting focused on perioperative care, supporting patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in collaboration with the surgical team.

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures, from pre‑op through postoperative recovery
• Prepare the OR, maintain sterile technique, assist with instrumentation, and ensure accurate instrument counts
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, assist anesthesia providers, and manage patient positioning as needed
• Document intraoperative care, medications administer, and post‑anesthesia handoff details to the receiving team
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team, support staff, and patients/families regarding expected outcomes and immediate post‑procedure care

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years RN OR experience (required)
• CVOR experience preferred
• Certifications required as noted in job notes; active copies acceptable
• Education:
  
  nursing degree from an accredited program
• Ability to work in an OR setting and adhere to sterile technique and safety protocols
