Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:

Operating Room Nurses are vital healthcare professionals responsible for providing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. They ensure patient safety and comfort while supporting surgical teams through clinical expertise and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prepare them for surgery.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs throughout procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and surgical instruments.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and recovery expectations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with preference for CVOR experience.
• Certification in relevant healthcare certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
